The establishment of a stable panel was carried out in order to register current developments by experts from service practice and research exclusively and in early emergence and processing phases. Among other things in the project MARS, the panel stands as a guarantor for the extraction and reproduction of reliable and trend giving information.

This panel consists of international experts from service research and practice at prominent university chairs, companies and intermedial organisations. The regional emphasis of the panel lies beside Germany on Great Britain, Northern Europe, Australasia and the United States. The panel is designed as a stable network for generating well-founded knowledge concerning emerging service trends during and beyond the project runtime. Two large survey phases will be conducted in the panel of the MARS project in order to generate knowledge.
