Fraunhofer IAO was honoured to organise the RESER 2008 conference on September 25th and 26th in Stuttgart. RESER is an interdisciplinary European network (www.reser.net) focusing on the topic of service research. At the annuary RESER conference researchers and actors from economy and politics meet in order to exchange and discuss ideas on the topic of services. The title of this year's conference was »New horizons for the role and production of services« The conference was generously supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Ministry of Economy Baden-Wurttemberg.
