In the project MARS - International Monitoring of Activities in Research and Services - a resilient and sustainable observation instrument on thematic developments in international service research and service industry is established. Thereby it is aimed at a systematization of the subject area services and the registration of changing developmental trends in service research and industry.

The project MARS is promoted by means of the BMBF under the promotion code 01FD0637 and supervised by the DLR project executing organisation for the BMBF.
It is implemented by Fraunhofer IAO.
